THE BEGINNING OF A NEW OUTLOOK

Plans have been revised following a comprehensive review and in response to discussions with the State and Brisbane City Council.

​

Our existing café will be refurbished and revitalised, with a new ice creamery, dining area and bar.

​

The Summit Bar and Restaurant will also be refurbished and reopened, conserving heritage features while giving it new life with a brand new dining experience featuring Brisbane's best view. 

​

Earlier plans for the redevelopment of the café with a new two storey pavilion have been removed from the development application. 

​

Plans are available for public consultation through Brisbane City Council until 19 December 2023.
